I'd already been actively focused on my fitness before meeting Marcos. However, when COVID happened, it threw a big wrench into my plans. Luckily, Marcos was there to save the day. On our first session, he was able to assure me that I could continue making progress and reach my goals (in the absence of a gym). He was able to listen to what I wanted to accomplish and craft a complete workout that would push me closer to my goals. We've been training for several months now, and I am incredibly happy with the progress I've made, both physically and mentally. He continually challenges me when he knows I could achieve more, and he's constantly incorporate new movements and entirely new workouts to keep things fresh and interesting. His knowledge and passion for fitness and wellness is extraordinary. Of all the personal trainers I've had in the past, Marcos definitely ranks as the best.

Marcos was a great personal trainer. From the beginning, Marcos asked all the right questions to make sure that we were aligned on what success looked like for me. He constantly checked in on how I was doing with my goals outside of the gym to make sure that we were both doing our part. I hired Marcos to help me lean out and get me ready for my first marathon. I told him it was really important for me to lose weight and gain muscle so that I could give the race my all. At the end of the our time together, I lost 17 pounds and completed my first marathon with no injuries. I couldn't have done it without Marcos holding me accountable, checking my form, and making sure that I was treating my body right. If you're looking for a trainer who is going to help you hit your goals and make sure that you're physically and mentally aligned, Marcos is your guy.
